The challenge
Verifying records by hand could not keep up with volume, and there was no live view of how much work was waiting or done.
What we did
We automated the routine checks and built a reviewer dashboard, so people only handle the records that truly need judgement.
Key features
- Automated checks that clear the bulk of records without manual effort
- Reviewer queue showing queue size and records approved today
- Reviewer-level visibility into workload and progress
- Built to handle high daily volumes reliably
